Hoffer Performance, LLC now in Business

So it looks like we are going to have to keep this blog updated if we want to stay in touch. Michigan Honda closed it's doors earlier this year and Scott and I have found ourselves looking for new opportunities. Scott decided to stay with his previous employer family and move to the Flint area. I have decided it's time to see what I can do on my own. We keep in touch pretty regularly and try to get together once in a while.

Scott is very busy handling the service department for a multi-line dealership as well as getting ready to move the whole business sometime in the near future. His drive time has at least doubled and he has a lot on his shoulders now that he has a whole new customer and mechanic base. I think he misses us a little bit and I know we miss him tons.

Fortunately we don't have much time to cry in our beer. We opened our doors in the spring to service motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles. We have a chasis dyno that allows us to do major testing and tuning not only to some bikes, and ATVs but also a few mini sprint cars. You can check out a video on youtube.

Please like us on facebook or at least stop by and check out the pictures of the shop and our new logo. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of a sign. Michigan Graphic & Signs is helping us ut and we will have a nice back lit sign on the building shortly. Watch for new pictures on facebook and here. Might even try to video the installation.

Hoffer Performance Suspension

What happened to Duane & Scott from US 27 Motorsports, formerly known as Tom's Cycle? Well you've found them. They are now working at Michigan Honda in Owosso, Michigan. Duane is still doing shocks for snowmobiles & Michigan Honda is accepting snowmobiles for service & preseason checks. Duane Hoffer & Scott Herblet are the driving force behind the service department of Michigan Honda and are looking forward to assisting you no matter what make and model your unit is. Of course they can only do warranty work for Yamaha and Honda but are still committed to the quality of work you know and love them for. :o)
